What are Runes?
Runes are secret symbols- a glyph language that activates strong cosmic torrents or energy from space that can be channeled in order to power up actions that can transform your health, energy field or life situation. The symbol of each Rune, when attuned to, activates a type of cosmic energy that can fill you and your field with a certain quality or a certain mental program that can be used to enhance one’s life. Runes can be used alone, or in certain combinations to transform your life.
This system uses the ‘Yggdrasil tree’ of legend as the ‘carrier’ of all runic energy torrents in order to facilitate this work, acting as an Axis Mundi, or a bridge between the two worlds- earthly and cosmic. At the foot, near every root, there were 3 springs: a spring of fate, a spring of wisdom and a spring of all rivers of the Earth. The hieroglyph ‘Ki’ (Qi/Chi) means vital energy, vital strength, breath of life, so the simplest translation of the word ‘Reiki’ is ‘universal energy of life.’
The idea is very simple: the Universe is full of energy- Reiki energy, and this energy can be used for simple and safe methods of working with the body and mental problems. This method is really absolutely safe. While using this method you can’t do any harm to your organism because your organism takes as much healing energy as it needs at the moment. If something hurts, the organism directs the energy to the very place where the energy is necessary at the moment.
Reiki energy can be used by any person. They become a channel conducting this vital energy, and don’t lose their own energy. Reiki is also one of the oldest healing systems which treats with help of putting hands on, it has been famous for many thousands years and it has been used by many people. This tree connects 9 worlds, and the people’s fate is written on its leaves. The Reiki system helps people to achieve harmony of all inner spheres, harmony of spirit and body, the relationship with, the world, and all the person’s surrounding becomes harmonious. What can be more harmonious than a tree? Especially if it is the World Tree!

The first man was created from ash-tree branch, so he was named Ask, that means “Ash-tree”. The first woman’s name was Ambla, that literally means “willow” (according to other source, it means “alder” or “elm”). The idea of human’s origin from trees was widely spread all over the ancient Europe.
Tree of life is the Universe where the God lives. A human himself is a miniature Tree of life. A human gets back his lost immortality by connecting with the Tree. All negative deeds, reactions and emotions take a person away from his ideal state. This Reiki energy stream takes a person back to God through the Yggdrasil Tree.
