Constellations

Look at the relationships around a question.

A constellation is an experiential way to map a situation. Positions, objects or representations can help you explore how you perceive relationships, roles and competing needs.

Constellations

Your experience is the starting point.

Individual work focuses on your perspective. Observations are starting points for reflection, not proof about other people or your family history. You do not need to bring your family to explore a relationship question.

A shared process

How sessions work

The approach is chosen together. You do not need to use every method.

  1. Map your question

Start with your goal, the situation around it and the boundaries that matter to you.

  2. Explore the pattern

Notice competing needs, roles and perspectives through conversation and systemic mapping.

  3. Work experientially

Discuss hypnosis, parts work or guided imagery when they fit your question.

  4. Integrate

Reflect on the experience and choose a practical next step. Symbolic work is an optional addition.

Constellations

A space for a business or decision question.

Map roles, competing priorities and possible perspectives around a decision. Use the session as reflection alongside practical research and professional advice. It is not financial or legal advice, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Before you decide

A few practical questions.

Is this individual or group work?

This page introduces individual constellation work. Ask about the format that is currently available before booking.

Does an exercise reveal facts about my family?

No. A representation or feeling does not establish a factual truth about absent people or family history.

What can I bring to a session?

A relationship pattern, a difficult decision, a role that feels uncomfortable or competing priorities. Begin with your own perspective.

Constellations

A collaborative, voluntary process.

You can ask questions, pause or decline any exercise. Experiences and outcomes vary. Discuss suitability before booking; sessions do not replace necessary medical or mental-health care.
